The act of copying and pasting, itself, is quick and efficient, and you can even select your own shortcut keys in the settings menu. There you can make categories and lists, rename clips, and highlight items in different colors. A Success message displays in the VM Clipboard window. Paste text in the standard way for your device, for example by pressing. If you are connected to a Mac from a non-Mac, press Alt+C to emulate Cmd+C. If you have clips that you'd like to save permanently, just drag them over to the white side. Right-click and select Copy or press Ctrl+C to copy the text to your local clipboard.
